Muscle Soak for Athletes
Magnesium Sulphate, Bicarbonate of Soda, Organic Peppermint & Lemon Essential oils.
How to use : Dissolve a few tablespoons of powder in a hot bath and soak for 15 to 20 minutes for best results.
How to use for muscle pain : Use 2 cups of Epsom salt for standard-size bathtub of warm water. Pour the Epsom salt into the running water to help dissolve faster. Stirring the water with your hand will help dissolve any remaining grains. Soak for at least 12 minutes.
